Things that keep me busy or cause lack of sleep at night :-)

World of Warcraft: I can't say enough about this game. EQ was good for its time. However, Blizzard took the MMORPG one step further and kept the undesireable parts of the game out. What you're left with is a game that's playable and won't keep you playing for hours on end to finish that next-to-impossible quest.

World of Warcraft: Official Site
Allakhazam's Magical Realm: They've got one for every online MMORPG - hints maps etc.
Thottbot: Another help site - very cool!
WoW Wiki: A listing of User Interface mods and the like. A must see if you play the game!

Flash!: What more needs to be said? Most, if not all, of my spare time is taken by this program which is IMHO the BEST multimedia program ever. One huge void in the library of Flashers during the Flash 4 reign was any book to deal with ActionScript programming. The emergence of Flash 5 has prompted authors to take up this task. Watch out for the Friends of Ed publishers. They're creating really cool books on Flash. For example,

Foundation ActionScript: by Sham Bhangal-

Quite easy to read and assumes that you know NOTHING about what ActionScripting is or what it does. Sham explains everything in simple terms - which gets quite tedious for the experienced Flasher - but if you don't know ActionScript...this is the book!

ActionScript - The Definitive Guide: by Collin Moock

It's not quite out yet - should be by May! But this promises to be quite another great book on the topic of ActionScripting. Collin Moock has spent the last 1.5 years writing this book. You can check out the O'Reilly publisher site or check out Collin's companion web site.
